Airtel New Logo unveiled after reaching new milestone



Bharti Airtel has launched a new logo after it reached yet another lankmark to have 2000 crore customers across Asia and Africa. Along with India, It has also launched a new identity in 19 countries in Asia and Africa. As per th experts, Airtel wants to showcase its youthful face now as the Chairman and Managing Director, Bharti Airtel, Sunil Bharti Mittal said that the new face of Airtel is youthful, international, inclusive and dynamic which represents the journey of the first Indian brand to go truly global.

A R Rahman has given some changes to the trademark tune of Airtel making it more youthful and dynamic in line with the new visual identity. The earlier tune of Airtel was downloaded more than 150 million times which proves the strength of Rahman and Bharti. The new tune retains the essence of the original but uses an inspiring musical style, with a universal appeal, that will be loved by listeners the world over.

Describing the journey of Airtel, Mittal mentioned that company added the next 100 million customers in just 18 months as crossed 50 million customers in October 2007 and 100 million in May, 2009. Airtel would very soon be launching its 3G services in India.
