Katrina Kaif official statement on break up with Salman Khan

It is official, Katrina Kaif has finally stated that she is single.

“ I am single. But beyond that, I don’t think I need to give too many details,” Katrina said at a function in Mumbai where she was made the international brand ambassador of Etihad Airways.

Kat’s announcement about her personal life is surprising considering the fact that she has always kept mum about her equation with Salman Khan. She said commitments often changed with the situation. “ If you commit to something, you must stand by it. But if you commit to something and the situation changes, then perhaps the commitment also changes,” she said.

“ Sometimes, it is hard enough to take decisions — professional sometimes but mostly personal. Whatever the decision is, it’s not easy to take it. And then when you have to talk about it in front of everybody, be it the media, the public or the world, I think that’s a little bit more than what I can handle. That’s why for six years, I have never commented who I am with, if I had a break- up or if there is an argument,” the actress said.

On the professional front, things are looking up for Kat. Her lookalike dolls will soon hit the world market.

A sample doll is on display at a Barbie museum in the US and by December, it’s expected to be released worldwide. The buzz is that officials from the toy company recently met Kat to discuss the deal.

Kat, we hear, wants the doll to be released first in India. She wants it to be clad in Indian attires such as salwar kameez, sari or lehenga. The actress has reportedly decided the look of the doll.
