Komaram Puli Review, Rating - A One Time Watch
The much awaited Pawan Kalyan's Komaram Puli has hit the theaters the getting the good response from the audiences. The film has hit the 1000 silver screens with 600 prints simultaneously today.
Komaram Puli is the story of an honest IPS officer who believes every citizen and police officer needs to do their duty. Pawan Kalyan has played the main character, twist comes to the story when a don Al Saleem parks his car in no parking area. Puli fines him but Saleem feels humiliated because it was related to his reputation.
Later on Puli manages to pin down the network of Al Saleem and found out that he has connection with a dreaded terrorist Nixon. Komaram Puli has the same flavor and spirit that a typical message driven movie has with added elements, but SJ failed to live up to the expectations.
Nikesha Patel is adequate in her debut. She crackles the screen with her vigor, hot looks and good performance. Manoj Bajpai does a great job and his conversations with Pawan Kalyan are very gripping.
There are some major disappointments like lack of humor, excitement towards the climax, etc. An action movie should facilitate entertainment, but escapism seems to be taking centre stage.
All in all, the movie cannot be called superb if the performances and other factors are analyzed however it deserves a one time visit to the theaters.
Rating - 3 / 5
