Venus Williams Dress at US Open 2010 making news, Again !

There are always some things which are out of control, one of them right now is keeping William sisters away from the news. These sisters are always making news, most of the times it is about their brilliance of the court, however these sisters also creates headlines even when they are not playing the game, it could be related to Serena Williams bikini malfunction on the beach or the controversial outfit of Venus Williams at the French & Australian Open.


This time the news is the blend of game and dress of Venus Williams. She is again making waves with the outfit she is wearing at US Open 2010. It could be termed as the unconventional sequin covered transparent tennis dress providing eye-popping sight of the flesh colored undies.

When asked, Venus said, ‘So far this year my outfits have been based on the cities that I play in. This outfit was supposed to be about New York. It’s like bursts of fireworks.’

She has worn three different dresses in her three matches so far at the US open and wants to take the count to seven which would take her to the finals.inue that trend as far as the final.

‘Seven is a lot of dresses. It would be an honour to wear seven dresses all the way through,’ she said.

The elder Williams sister has now advanced to the to the fourth round of the contest after beating Miss Minella 6-2, 6-1.
