Randiv No Ball abuses the Sri Lanka Team Game Spirit

Kumar Sangakkara is now facing a possible suspension following the controversy created by himself and no one else. Th whole world knows about it now that cheap trick of no ball of Suraj Randiv was deliberate and was only to deny the well deserved century of Virender Sehwag.

Kumar Sangakkara in the press conference after the match said that he would personally inquire in the matter and guess what he is the main culprit as the shocking evidence has been surfaced. Kumar Sangakkara was heard saying Sinhalese to Randiv during the match “ If he hits the ball, he gets the run.”. This statement was recorded by the Stump Mike.

Virender Sehwag was very upset and wasted no time in expressing his feeling in the press conference. He also mentioned that this is not something new by Sri Lankan team as they have done the same thing in the past with Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar as well.

The upset Sri Lankan cricket board has apologized on the incident however it reveals the game spirit of Sri Lankan Team and the Captain who first forced the youngster to make the move and then try to cover his sin in the press conference.

The question is what should be done now as Virender Sehwag would again need to play such brilliant innings to register his 13th century because granting him a century for that innings is out of the question.

I think that Sangakkara should be taught a lesson and be suspended for the rest of the series.
