Bomb hoax causes unrequited scare at Technopolis Kolkata

An unusual situation was created today at Kolkata biggest IT hub when a threat call was made to the Technopolis, a IT office, warning that the building would be blown up. Followed by this threat, Kolkata Police took the proactive action to evacuate the staff and triggered the search of one of the office premises. People and staff were kept off by 100 meter radius from the scene, and a bomb squad began searching the area beginning with the parking lot.

In the end, it all came up with not more than a hoax which created an unrequited scare among the employees. There were some minor injuries also reported during the whole scene as there were clashes reported between the employees of the building, with security personnel, by-standers and media who personnel who were there to cover the whole incident.

In an another incident today morning itself, there was another hoax call with a view create a bomb scare at NSCB International Airport, however both of these incidents were not mere than some prank calls which created the huge scene and news.
