Mukesh Ambani House Antilia ready now to move in



Mukesh Ambani, the chairman of India's largest private sector company Reliance Industries, much talked about 27 storey house is now ready which has been built with the estimated cost of 2 billion dollars and took long wait of 7 years. The 27-storey home is located in south Mumbai and Mukesh Ambani's family to move in the coming festive season.

This newly constructed building has three helipads on the top floor and has been billed as the most opulent home of an individual anywhere in the world by the forbes magazine. It looks like glass tower of some multinational company, some of the eminent features of this costliest home includes a swimming pool, a health club, a salon, a mini-theatre, numerous lounges, powder rooms and a ballroom. It has also got nine elevators.

The first 6 floors are reservd for Garage and Parking activities where more than 160 cars can be parked. International architect firms Hirsch Bedner Associates and Perkins Will with resular discussions with Nita ambani has designed the home and made sure that none of the rooms in the building look the same. The Family of Mukesh Ambani which includes Nita and children Akash, Anant and Isha would reside on the top floor.

"I have seen several houses, including that of Lakshmi Mittal (owner of Arcelor Mittal). But Antilia is marvellous. I remember the house having a Picasso painting, it was one of its kind," said the chairman of a diversified telecom-to-retail business. The ballroom, according to him, was just stunning. He confirmed that he has an invitation to visit the new Ambani home on the 28th. For some others, it has become a talking point.

An invitation has been sent to the elite people of the country for a tour to this masterpeice and hopefully some media is allowed inside as well, so that viewers get to some pictures of the most exclusive home of the world.
