Celine Dion is too happy to be pregnant again after a long struggle, which appears on the Canada's 7 Jours magazine. The magazine covers includes Celine Dion with her growing baby bump, her husband Rene Angelil with their son, Rene-Charles and the family dog Grin.

Dion is expecting twins in November and she is feeling just fine. She has so far gained 33 lbs., and has continued with the acupuncture treatments she has credited with helping her have a successful pregnancy.

Celine Diom doctor wants her to stay off her feet as much as possible as she finishes her pregnancy as no one wants to take any chance after the initial reports of complications and the time family spent in too much stress.
